Terms of service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Scope and parties
These terms apply to digital products offered under the Atelier Clair brand by HM DIGITAL, a French SAS registered as 801 813 841 RCS Paris at 6 rue Neuve de la Chardonnière, 75018 Paris, France. Contact: lazaarhamza459@gmail.com.
Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller for the transaction. Creem handles checkout, payment, invoicing, applicable indirect taxes and transaction refunds. Its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase transaction. Shopify hosts the storefront and is not the seller.
2. Digital products
Atelier Clair sells downloadable digital organization resources. No physical item is shipped. Unless the relevant product page states otherwise, the supplied files and their editable or printable content are in French, even when the storefront is displayed in English.
Each product page states the essential characteristics, included files, price and known software or compatibility requirements. Preview images are illustrative; device, software and print settings can affect appearance. The resources are organizational tools and are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial, nutritional or other professional advice.
3. Prices, payment and orders
The product page and Creem checkout show the price and whether the product is a one-time purchase or subscription. Creem calculates any applicable indirect taxes and displays the final amount before payment. An order is complete only after Creem confirms successful payment.
4. Delivery and access
Digital access is arranged after successful payment using the delivery method disclosed before purchase. There is no postal delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking filtered or spam folders and keeping private links and credentials secure. For access help, use our Contact page.
5. Licence and intellectual property
Unless a product page grants a different licence, purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the files for personal or household purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, share source files, remove ownership notices or represent the product as your own. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights are not transferred.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and conformity
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost before the normal withdrawal period ends only when all applicable legal conditions are met, including prior express consent, express acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and confirmation on a durable medium. See our Refund Policy.
Mandatory remedies remain available for missing, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, these may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction, termination or refund.
7. Support and responsibility
HM DIGITAL is responsible for product content and support. Email us with the product name, order email, transaction reference and a clear description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or private access links. No particular improvement in organization, productivity, savings or personal outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability, consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and disputes
Our processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Creem separately explains its processing in its checkout and customer portal.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain available. Before starting formal proceedings, please send a detailed written complaint to HM DIGITAL and, for a checkout, invoice or refund issue, use the support option provided by Creem. This does not limit any mandatory dispute-resolution or court right.
